It was a very very good experience, I loved stuff and location. I stayed in the room that was cleaned and available with 2 beds for 3 adults. All in all everything was perfect, nevertheless I had dirty bathroom.

The hotel was a perfect base for enjoying a safe area, near New York and Times Square and Manhattan. All the staff was professional, fixed my issues. The breakfast was above average with lots of food and bottled drinks.

Bed was spacious, I enjoyed it. Professionalism from the whole staff. The hotel was in a crowded area, close enough to Bryant Park and Manhattan and Times Square. I loved the authentic restaurant with fresh cuisine. The smooth check-in too. There were strong internet and great parking available.

The venue is clean and fairly large, views are particularly good, the location is brilliant just off theaters, tourist attractions and Times Square. The units are attractive, absolutely gorgeous. Manhattan district is worth seeing.

Stayed here for 3 days, loved the hotel, it was fairly clean with incredible location near Times Square. My king room and bed were comfy. All of the staff members were knowledgeable and efficient.

We really enjoyed almost every detail: particularly good location, extremely friendly staff. Even though you guys made our stay very nice, beds were too hard. Had plenty of options for breakfast, it was perfect!

this place was quiet little and the staff was ever helpful. cute location, within walking distance of a long-standing department store. room was absolutely great and absolutely great, i loved that complimentary wifi, coffee and climate control were available. the breakfast was substantial, featured lots of meals. restaurant in hotel was large and the pool area was lovely.

the beds were soft, and the location was prime. they made my stay fabulous. restaurant was simple and pretty clean. the hotel was small, about 100 metres from the metro station. plus i reached a 70th-floor open-air observation deck in 5 minutes by foot. having different welcome drinks in the downstairs bar was a very nice touch.
Facilities were basic, yet wi-fi was very poor.
